It is pretty hard to find mini ATX components in Sweden, maybe too early?
An unrelated problem is that I cant find any "standard" MCE Remote any more either. To bad I do not want to have trouble getting it to work in Linux.
asrock ion330 + more upgrades top $500. kinda expensive. i'd rather pay little more to buy mini with upgrades. then install osx/winxp/ubuntu on it.

ReplyDeleteAssuming that I need the NVIDIA upgrade we are looking at almost exactly the same price to build. (if we include disk & DVD). I was unsure of the cooling and sound level for a cheap build.
I do not need any upgrade for the ION 330 to play HD in XBMC.
