xbmcbuntu - manually install live components

sudo chmod +x /usr/bin/runXBMC.sh

wget http://xbmc.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/xbmc/branches/linuxport/XBMC/tools/XBMCLive/runXBMC

sudo cp runXBMC /usr/bin/runXBMC

sudo chmod +x /usr/bin/runXBMC
